Status Reports

Status Reports must be filed within 12 months after funding of the grant or within 60 days after the project is completed, whichever is sooner. The Foundation will not accept applications from a grant recipient which has failed to file timely status reports for a previous grant.

Two signatures are required and must be the Grantee Representative who will be Responsible to carry Out the Day to Day Activities of the Grant Project and the Grant Representative with the Authority to Contract (Bishop of the Diocese, President of the Organization).
